Kathryn Puffett | Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner BHSc (Acu)

Kathryn is an empathic and compassionate practitioner, dedicated to guiding her patients toward a life of vitality and greater ease.

She welcomes people of all backgrounds into her practice, with a particular clinical focus on:
• Hormonal health — periods, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause
• Emotional well-being
• Gut health and digestion

At the heart of Kathryn’s work is a desire to help people feel at home in their bodies and in the world around them. She shares clinical knowledge in clear, grounded, and empowering ways, offering practical, evidence-informed solutions that honour the depth of Chinese medicine and the agency of each person she works with.

A lifelong exploration of the body, the natural world, and the human experience has shaped Kathryn’s path into this work. These experiences have fostered a deep reverence for the interconnectedness of all things, and a recognition that individual healing is inseparable from the well-being of our broader communities and the planet.

For Kathryn, Chinese medicine — with its roots in Daoist philosophy and shamanism — offers a relational way of seeing and knowing that complements the rigorous learning she continues to pursue in the clinic and beyond.

Lou MacGraw | Acupuncturist & Chinese Medicine Practitioner MAppSc (Acu)

Lou is a degree-qualified Acupuncturist with a background in naturopathy, bringing a holistic and heart-centred approach to each treatment. She is passionate about supporting people of all ages with acupuncture, with a special interest in women’s health and children’s wellbeing.

Her journey into complementary health began in 2010, when she studied for a degree in Naturopathy. A few years later, while navigating fertility challenges, she turned to acupuncture for support. This experience sparked a deep curiosity and connection with Chinese medicine, eventually leading her to complete postgraduate studies in Acupuncture.

Lou also trained in Toyohari, a Japanese style of acupuncture inspired by classical Chinese medicine. This gentle, non-insertive style of acupuncture is especially supportive for children and those who are sensitive, and it complements the calm, restorative environment she creates in her treatments. In practice, Lou weaves together acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, and nutrition to support the whole person. She often works with clients experiencing stress and anxiety, sleep issues, digestive complaints, hormonal imbalances, menstrual concerns, preconception care and fertility, and children’s health.

At the heart of her work is creating a warm, supportive space where people feel heard, cared for, and empowered on their path to wellness. Outside of the clinic, Lou enjoys the grounding rhythms of daily life - good food, time in nature, and the company of her family and much-loved pets.
